You will be responsible for identifying cold and warm leads via outbound outreach. Your daily work will include crafting scripts, sending connection requests, and booking calls or meetings for a small internal sales team.
Duties include:
Building lead lists and verifying contact information
Sending templated and custom emails
Managing simple spreadsheets or CRMs
Setting up appointment calls and handoffs to closers
All tools and templates will be provided.
Excellent written communication and conversational tone
Organized and consistent follow-up habits
Basic knowledge of spreadsheets and email marketing tools
Proven ability to meet daily/weekly outreach quotas
Self-motivated, goal-oriented work style
Experience in cold outreach or real estate lead generation
Previous remote work in a commission-based role
Knowledge of U.S. real estate or home service industry (helpful but not necessary)
