The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new potential clients through a combination of digital outreach, email marketing, social media engagement, and CRM management. Your primary objective is to generate qualified leads for the sales team to close.
Key responsibilities include:
Researching potential clients and decision-makers
Crafting personalized outreach and other channels
Maintaining and updating the CRM
Setting appointments and demos for senior sales representatives
Monitoring campaign performance and optimizing outreach strategies
You’ll report weekly on progress and conversion metrics to support campaign planning and forecasting.
At least 1 year of experience in lead generation, SDR, or similar role
Solid understanding of CRM systems and digital outreach tools
Strong written communication and prospecting skills
Self-driven and comfortable working with minimal supervision
Background in marketing or SaaS industry
Experience using outreach automation tools
Knowledge of basic lead scoring models
Familiarity with B2B funnels and conversion tracking
