Job Description

The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new potential clients through a combination of digital outreach, email marketing, social media engagement, and CRM management. Your primary objective is to generate qualified leads for the sales team to close.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Researching potential clients and decision-makers

  • Crafting personalized outreach and other channels

  • Maintaining and updating the CRM

  • Setting appointments and demos for senior sales representatives

  • Monitoring campaign performance and optimizing outreach strategies

You’ll report weekly on progress and conversion metrics to support campaign planning and forecasting.

Must-Haves

  • At least 1 year of experience in lead generation, SDR, or similar role

  • Solid understanding of CRM systems and digital outreach tools

  • Strong written communication and prospecting skills

  • Self-driven and comfortable working with minimal supervision

Recommendations

  • Background in marketing or SaaS industry

  • Experience using outreach automation tools

  • Knowledge of basic lead scoring models

  • Familiarity with B2B funnels and conversion tracking
