Job Description

You’ll be responsible for building social content strategies, executing campaigns, and mentoring junior social staff. This is a hands-on and high-level strategy role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Craft multi-channel strategies for B2B clients 

  • Write high-value content that drives authority and engagement

  • Build and manage editorial calendars

  • Review analytics and guide content pivots

  • Coach internal teams on tone, audience, and consistency

You’ll play a key role in helping brands grow and connect with their audiences authentically.

Must-Haves

  • 3+ years in social media or content strategy

  • Expertise in LinkedIn and professional B2B environments

  • Excellent writing and long-form storytelling skills

  • Familiarity with social analytics tools

  • Leadership and account-facing communication skills

Recommendations

  • SaaS, tech, or enterprise experience

  • Understanding of social selling funnels

  • Webinar or video script experience

  • Comfortable managing a small team or freelancers
