Job Description

This role is focused on day-to-day content creation, community interaction, and growth of the company’s accounts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating short-form videos and social-friendly images

  • Researching and implementing hashtags and trends

  • Posting daily content with captions aligned with brand voice

  • Replying to comments and DMs promptly

  • Tracking post engagement and suggesting new ideas weekly

You’ll play a key role in helping brands grow and connect with their audiences authentically.

Must-Haves

  • Familiarity with Reels editing

  • Great writing skills and eye for visual trends

  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently

  • Daily access to a phone/laptop with fast internet

Recommendations

  • Knowledge of trending hashtags or ecommerce niches

  • Past social account experience (personal or business)

  • Strong meme/viral trend awareness

  • Content portfolio
