The Virtual Administrative Assistant will handle various administrative tasks, helping internal teams stay on track and clients feel supported. This role demands high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Typical responsibilities include:
Managing inboxes and filtering email communications
Scheduling appointments and coordinating virtual meetings
Preparing reports, proposals, and client documents
Updating spreadsheets and maintaining digital records
Communicating updates to teams or clients via email/chat
Light bookkeeping or invoicing support (training provided)
You’ll work closely with assigned managers and report on daily or weekly tasks via virtual tools.
Minimum 6 months of administrative or VA experience (remote experience preferred)
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
Highly organized with the ability to follow up and follow through
Quiet work environment and consistent internet access
Background in customer support or operations
Familiarity with invoicing software
Knowledge of simple graphic tools
Ability to handle multiple time zones and shift priorities quickly
