1+ year of experience as a virtual assistant or administrative coordinator
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Reliable computer and stable high-speed internet connection
Prior experience supporting executives or handling sensitive tasks
Basic knowledge of CRM tools
Comfort working across time zones
